RELIEF-GIVING. PELCO I General Manager Engr. Loliano Allas personally hands over a pail of relief goods to flood victims.

CANDABA, Pampanga – The Pampanga I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (PELCO I) has distributed yesterday some pails of relief goods to victims of recent flooding in the towns of Candaba and Arayat.

On Wednesday, PELCO I likewise distributed relief goods to some flooded barangays at San Luis town.

The pails, containing canned goods, rice, instant noodles bottled water and soap, were given away to residents of low-lying barangays in the said municipalities that were recently inundated by typhoon Maring and the onslaught of the monsoon.

Engr. Roy De Leon of the said electric cooperative intimated that they are undertaking the said endeavor in order to help flood victims somehow recuperate from the aftermath of the recent weather disturbances.

Meanwhile, PELCO I General Manager Engr. Loliano Allas said that they are always ready to help anyone in need especially in times of calamities.

The activity was made possible through the partnership of the said power distribution firm with AES Philippines, a power-generation company as one of their Corporate Social Responsibility programs (CSR).
